Updated October 29, 2026 · Current concept website
Onlyward is an independent project run by Abhigyan Dwivedi. This notice describes the current concept website and its interactive preview. It does not describe a released native Mac app.
What the preview does
The sample apps, protection settings, and unlock outcomes are simulated in your browser. The preview does not access your camera, microphone, face data, passwords, installed apps, or photo library.
Demo selections are kept in JavaScript memory and reset when you reload the page. The website code does not use cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, accounts, or signup forms. Icons and animation files are served with the website, without third-party embeds or external font requests.
Cookie notice
This website does not set advertising, analytics, or preference cookies. Its simulated preview stores selections only in temporary page memory. There are no optional tracking cookies to accept or reject, so we do not display a consent popup. Hosting security mechanisms may process technical requests as described below.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar storage, we will explain their purpose and obtain consent before enabling them where required. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Hosting and technical requests
Loading a website sends technical information to its hosting provider, including your IP address and the requested resource. When this site is served through Vercel, Vercel may process request and device information to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. This is separate from the demo’s in-memory state. See Vercel’s privacy notice for its practices and retention information.
This project does not maintain a separate visitor database. Hosting records are governed by the provider’s applicable terms and configuration; this notice does not promise that hosting logs are absent or retained for a fixed period.
Links and contact
GitHub and other linked sites have their own privacy policies. If you contact the project through GitHub, your messages and account information are handled there, and public issues are visible to others.
For privacy questions or requests, email Abhigyan Dwivedi at contact@onlyward.app. We use information you send to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or face images.
Your data protection rights (GDPR)
Where the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or other applicable privacy laws apply, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
For the website, our purposes are delivering and securing the service and responding to messages. Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for those purposes. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or automated decisions about you. Providing contact information is voluntary, but we need a reply address to answer your message.
Contact the project operator, Abhigyan Dwivedi in Bhopal, India, at contact@onlyward.app to exercise your rights. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary. We normally respond within one month where GDPR applies, subject to its permitted exceptions.
We keep correspondence only as needed to handle the request, follow up, and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country; their applicable terms and safeguards govern that processing. Contact us for information about a specific request or provider arrangement.
Report a security issue
Email contact@onlyward.app with the affected URL or version, a description, and safe reproduction steps. Please report privately and omit passwords, face images, and other people’s personal information. Do not access other users’ data or disrupt the service. This reporting route does not authorize testing or promise a bounty or response deadline.
Future changes
If the website introduces data collection, or a native app becomes available, its privacy information will need to describe that actual behavior. We will update this page and its date when the website’s practices change.
